Biography of Anthony Jacob Henckel who was baptized 27 October 1668 in the Mehrenberg Lutheran Church in Mehrenberg, Nassau, Germany. He was the second child and first son of Georg Henckel. Anthony became a minister for the Lutheran Church and married Elizabeth Dentzer. They immigrated to America ca. 1716, settled in Pennsylvania and became the progenitors of the early Henckel family in America.
